Formula

Word Count = Text split by spaces (excluding empty strings) Character Count = Total letters, numbers, symbols (with/without spaces) Sentences = Count of periods, exclamation marks, question marks Reading Time = Total Words ÷ 200 words per minute (average reading speed)

Twitter limit: 280 characters (increased from 140 in 2017). That's about 40-50 words. Links count as 23 characters. Emojis count as 2 characters. Threads allow unlimited words by splitting across tweets!

Average adult reads 200-250 words per minute. So 1000 words = 4-5 minutes. Skimming: 400 wpm (2.5 min). Slow/careful reading: 100 wpm (10 min). Our calculator uses 200 wpm as standard for reading time estimation.

Word count = Number of words separated by spaces. Character count = Every letter, number, symbol, space. "Hello World" = 2 words, 11 characters (with space), 10 characters (without space). Social media uses character limits!

Add examples, statistics, quotes, explanations. Use "In addition", "Furthermore", "Moreover" for transitions. Expand abbreviations (write "do not" instead of "don't"). Add counter-arguments. But avoid fluff - quality > quantity!
