Welcome to ContentScope ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using https://thecalculators.online (the "Site") and our SEO Score Checker tool (the "Tool"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Tool

The Tool allows you to submit blog content or a URL to receive an AI-generated SEO score, content analysis, and improvement suggestions. The Tool is provided free of charge, subject to a daily usage limit per visitor to prevent abuse.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security measures on the Tool
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Tool beyond normal use
  • Use the Site or Tool for any unlawful purpose

3. No Guarantee of Results

The SEO score, AI-content detection result, and suggestions provided by the Tool are generated using AI and are intended as general guidance only. We do not guarantee improved search engine rankings, traffic, or any specific outcome from following the Tool's suggestions. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, branding, and original blog content are owned by ContentScope. Content you submit to the Tool remains your own property; we claim no ownership over it.

5. Third-Party AI Processing

By submitting content to the Tool, you acknowledge that it will be processed by Google's Gemini AI API to generate results, subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.

6. Advertising

This Site displays advertisements via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and Tool are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContentScope and Rahul Kumar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Tool.

8. Changes to the Service
